Cafes in Berlin are centers of political and cultural discourse, neighborhood hangouts, and ideal places for people-watching, reading, writing, relaxing, discussing, or just sitting around. There are plenty of good spots in both Boston and Cambridge, so there's absolutely no reason to face gut-wrenchingly disgusting facilities. See our top-rated cans after the jump.
